The weather might be cooling, but the plans are heating up!

As the summer sun begins to set, it’s lovely to look back at another memorable season of memories. I’ve certainly kept myself busy, and have been lucky enough to spend time with loved ones, as well as making new friends and contacts via my work at Stocks 2015 Ltd, and through my position of Chief Barker at Variety, the Children’s Charity, and of course for my annual Charity Balls – which are an ongoing piece of work all year round. Although we’re not done just yet with summer (don’t want to depress you all!) I’m now starting to look toward the season ahead.

Autumn is always a really busy time for myself and my team, and this year is no exception. As you know, the upcoming Michael Josephson MBE Charity Ball will be held on the 16th of November at the Hilton Hotel Deansgate. As of September, the planning and work really kicks off, so it’ll be back to work with a massive bang for us all – but I’m not complaining, because I love it so much. I also have TFWA World Conference in Cannes to look forward to. Can’t wait to see the former U.S. Secretary of State at the event, which runs from 29th September to 3rd October.

The Michael Josephson MBE Charity Ball event team is currently working tirelessly behind the scenes to secure auction and raffle prizes to make sure that the next event is bigger and better than ever. So much work goes on behind the scenes and I’m very pleased I have such a great team in place to help make it happen. Additionally, we are in discussions with several potential star guests and performers who we hope will join us in making the evening unforgettable. We are particularly excited that the one and only Lulu will be headlining our event! Her talent and charisma will undoubtedly light up the night, and we can’t wait to see her take the stage.

This year, we are proud to support not three or four, but FIVE incredible main beneficiary charities: Variety, the Children’s Charity; Rainbow Trust; Mahdlo Youth Zone; the Anne Frank Trust; and Seashell Trust. And of course we will be making smaller donations to other charities throughout the following year. Each of these organizations plays a crucial role in transforming the lives of those in need, and your participation in the charity ball will directly contribute to their valuable work.

There’s still time to help. If you or someone you know would like to support the Michael Josephson MBE Charity Ball through auction lots or raffle prizes, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love to hear from you, and your donation will help us make a difference in the lives of many. You can contact me at michael@stocksmcr.com for more information.

Together, let’s make this year’s Charity Ball a night to remember, one that truly reflects the compassion and community spirit that defines us.

Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our cause. We look forward to seeing you all on November 16th!
