The Dr Michael Josephson MBE Farewell Ball 2026
Guess what? We did it AGAIN! Yet another million pound plus fundraiser, with an incredible £1,081,227 raised for some amazing causes.

The pressure was on, but we all brought our A-game and managed to secure huge amounts of money for some very worthy charities. The guest list was something special; TV legend Graham Norton, West End star Marisha Wallace, Kelvin & Liz Fletcher, Jorgie Porter, plus my good friends Christopher Biggins and Heather Small, among many others. We also had showstopping performances from 90s icon Chesney Hawkes and the massively talented Gabrielle.
£1,081,227 is such a significant amount of money, and it will go to some amazing causes, including the five main beneficiary charities from the evening: Variety, the Children’s Charity, The Anne Frank Trust, Mahdlo Youth Zone, Rainbow and the Seashell Trust. Plus, I will also be making sure that smaller charities and causes do not get missed out. Stay tuned to follow where the money goes! None of this would have been possible without YOU, and without my amazing headline sponsors, Zeno Ltd and Godel Technologies. Huge thanks to both organisations and to everyone at Julie Perry Events, who pulled it out the bag once again and created a night to remember.

How it Works
Work begins on each of the Charity Balls almost as soon as the last one is finished with a company called MJ Ball Ltd set-up to deliver each of the events. Michael donates his commercial team to help with the organisation of the Ball, underwriting these costs. He also works closely with each of the beneficiary charities in the run up to the evening. The charitable fundraising on the night is coordinated by the charity partners (beneficiary charities), who adhere to the fundraising code of practice. This enables the net profit from the event to be distributed to the key nominated charities and to selected charities post event. It takes a lot of work and preparation from all parties to create the large scale charity balls, and Michael would like to express his gratitude to all involved for their ongoing support and hard work.
